I don't know if this can help, but I managed to get the Fn keys and keyboard backlight working on my Chronos 7 (NP700Z5C) under Windows 10. Here were my steps. Samsung wanted to give you real desktop power on the go with the Series 7 Chronos, and while its performance is top notch, it's also pretty heavy.
